Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
Texture paint with stroke set to anchored while using texture significantly slows down blender up to non responsive state and crash while paint texture is larger than 2k.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

I have just tested it with blender
2.79 -5bd8ac9abfa
2.79b - f4dc9f9d68b
2.80 - I could not find a hash
2.80 rc3
2.83.6
2.90 - 0330d1af29c0
and all above seems to suffer same way however I haven't been able to crash 2.79 and 2.79b.
Also it seems to work a bit smoother when cycles is selected as a render engine, even though viewport display is set to solid texture.

I can confirm it is really slow (but not only with ancored - other stroke types as well)

Since this is happening in all blender version, this might be a limitation of the current texture paint system, but will the corresponding module team decide.
