Closed, ResolvedPublicBUG

Description

System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 456.38

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.91.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2020-10-05 21:23, hash: rB3178dc25f6ed
Worked: 2.90.1

Short description of error
If you hide an object in the Outliner using the eye icon, the object's title is greyed out as it should, but if you hide an object in the 3D viewport using the H shortcut, the object's title in the Outliner stays the same. Also, if you hide the object using the eye icon and then you press the shortcut Alt+H to make everything visible again, the object's title is still greyed out (SEE VIDEO ATTACHED).

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
H SHORTCUT BUG: Activate the *hide in viewport* icon in the outliner's restriction column>Add an object>Hide the object in the 3D viewport using the H shortcut.
ALT+H SHORTCUT BUG: Activate the *hide in viewport* icon in the outliner's restriction column>Add an object>Hide the object in the Outliner using the eye icon>Press the ALT+H shortcut in the 3D viewport.

Can confirm.
Also note that if you change any property from the outliner, it will update the greyed out state of all objects.

Cannot reproduce that with current master, can someone please confirm whether it is working again or not? Thanks.

I tested again. The problem is also gone for me.

Also for me, evidently the problem was somehow fixed with a newer release: I don't know how, I just reported the bug I'm not a developer, should I just change the report as closed?
