1500 objects 22 collections.
create new collection and can`t rename it by double clicking by name collection. just nothing. great BUG

I can't reproduce this problem.
Does this happen with "blank" file? If not, please upload example file.
Also check if this happens when you click on File > Defaults > Loade Factory Settings
