cache to vdb smoke simulations.

Please only one issue per report.

1 -adaptive domain have jumping in space when importing vdb cache.

Mind sharing a simple example .blend file [plus the resulting exported vdb files] -- so we have a chance to reproduce?

2 -scale and position not the same of original domain
3 -to much different results of different resolution divisions for behavior and scale of smoke
mantaflow completely unsuitable for real work.
try to offset animation for some frames and have an error that can`t find vdb.

Lets handle these in different reports, please. You can always refer to this report [and possibly use the same .blend files or .vdb files] -- but to properly track issues we need them to be reported separately.
Please submit a new report for every remaining individual bug.
