Short description of error
Once in every ~20 clicks i make on my display screen, blender registers the click twice. Here's a video of toggling layer visibility that demonstrates the problem.

This isn't a problem on my imac, using the same cintiq, and same version of blender. Only happens on this new Lenovo laptop i'm using. Happens in all blender files i've tried including freshly created projects.

no i don't. this is the first time i've run blender on a windows machine.

it seems like it's not specific to the outliner. e.g. when working with pairs of grease pencil frames and clicking (edit mode) interpolate > interpolate on a frame between them. about 20% of the time the default interpolation will be immediately applied. instead of allowing me to interactively set the weight of the interpolation. really frustrating!

Please try a recent Blender version. Launch Blender using the blender_debug_log.cmd (see Blender installation directory) and upload the log files generated after Blender quits. https://builder.blender.org/download/
