Short description of error
Latest 2.92 alpha and Huion WH 1409 v2 viewport rotation with pen side button not working anymore.

When i set the tablet API to Windows Ink instead of Automatic it viewport rotation with the pens side button works again but the pen pressure isn't working properly (way to sensitive pen pressure input).

Oh and btw the problem wasn't there a couple of days ago. It's something fresh.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Try viewport rotation with the side button of the Huion WH 1409 v2 (but i bet it's not only that model) pen and 2.92.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2020-11-05 00:02, hash: rB86bdc959a399

I've experienced the same issue using a huion kamvas 13, the buttons do work tho, but only if the pen is touching the display, and this problem is gone if you have a floating blender window.
