Hm, cannot reproduce here actually, looks like this here

@Dalai Felinto (dfelinto) : could you share your System Information?

I have the same result as @Philipp Oeser (lichtwerk)

My system is Windows 10, RTX2080TI

I cannot not reproduce either, tested both 2.91 beta rB6c6a5a72c297 and 2.92 alpha rB7bab87c119f4

The 'line' in question is from train.001, a mesh object (that has a solidify modifier with inverted normals and the material offsets set to an emission shader), not a Grease Pencil object.

As it turned out with the official builds this doesn't happen, only with my own builds. I'm closing this for now then. Thanks everyone for helping testing.

(there was still a noise difference thanks to the lens distortion node, but if we consider it a bug it is to be reported separately)
