Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
At first it was not easy Sapling Tree Gen then turned it on through the parameters, but then this error crashes during creation (screenshot in the link)

Problem is already fixed with the commit rBAcef282cc9acd: Fix T83360: Tree gen error showing "Leaf Object" enum

Check again with 2.93LTS or fresh builds.
