See ticket T69013
I have the same behavior than in the Video in ticket T69013 for Version 2.91.0 and Version 2.92.0 Alpha.
I disabled the keyboard switching shortcut within windows to be shure to have a swiss german layout always. The on screen keyboard is the same than in the video too.
I could't figure out what was the solution.
