Have you previously adjusted the TDR delay, e.g. as explained in this guide or followed the suggestions for troubleshooting from the manual?

I didn't changed anything in the Blender or windows settings. I took a previous version of the drawing en repeated the steps and now it's working fine.
Did you try to render my file?

@Anthony Desaever (Anthony_Desaever) I can't reproduce a crash, but your file as extreme displacement applied to your donut. The file as is doesn't render properly because the donut is so heavily displaced that the camera is inside the displaced donut. At a scale of 0.001 it resembles a donut again.

Since displacement is computationally expensive it might be that you've exceeded the TDR delay and Windows decided to reset the GPU driver state. Please try to set the displacement to a reasonable value and check if the problem still occurs. You may to increase the TDR delay with the guide I mentioned above if this doesn't solve your problem.
