Short description of error
When hoovering the mouse over the transform, snap and proportional editing icons in the 3D viewport header and pressing F1, the corresponding manual page does not open and an error message appears in the status bar (this one for snap):

No reference available 'ToolSettings.use_snap', Update info in 'rna_manual_reference.py' or callback to bpy.utils.manual_map()

The transform orientation icon is the only one of the four that does work.
