Short description of error
I don't know, if this is intended. I unchecked Header in a viewport and everything disappeared. But after reloading file, "Tools Settings" panel was still present, even though Header is unchecked.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • Uncheck Header
  • Save file and close Blender
  • Open Blender and load that file
