Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
GPU Kernel compilation fails with that error.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Using amdgpu-pro-20.40-1147286-ubuntu-20.04 as 20.45 fails too because Rocm is not supported.

I am having the same error on Windows 10, AMD 5600XT, Blender version 2.91.0
