Short description of error

I can't use the cut tool and bug with camera shortcuts, the camera vision goes through any object and when I select a vertex it selects the one from behind

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

select cut tool, and when I use the shortcuts to change the view of the camera like 1,3 and 7

Could you provide us with a screenshot or a video to explain what the issue is exactly?

While the knife tool is active, turning the camera to front, side, back, etc. is not supported afaik. Also, see https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/modeling/meshes/tools/knife.html#known-limitations for known limitations regarding the knife tool.
