Short description of error
The reroute nodes type changes in Shader nodes depending on the "to" and "from" socket types. In Geometry nodes it is always the same type ("Color"). This makes the behavior inconsistent.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open any blend file and add reroutes in the node trees.

The colors are all yellow even between sockets of the same type, like two values/floats.
