in sculpt mode click+drag in empty space of the T panel causes the move of the active object.

I think this is fixed in 2.92... try it..

In the meantime that's a duplicate of T71899: Sculpt move tool is applied when clicking within negative space of UI, regardless of active sculpt tool

I can still reproduce here
