Short description of error
Cycles not displaying all geometry when using a "Join Geometry" node, neither in rendered viewport nor in render
eevee is working all right

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
open the file Bug_ex2.blend, set one of the viewports to rendered in cycles
compare solid viewport to rendered viewport, some geometry is not displayed
now swap the inputs of the Join Geometry node,

i have another issue that might be related.
using the file

one can see that Cycles stops working correctly if two objects use the same geometry nodes tree cycles does not display both objects, instead one of them, and samples the whole time in viewport

explanation
suzanne and plane have a Geometry Nodes modifer called "Geometry Nodes.002"
restricting one of the objects viewport visibility causes cycles to preview viewport correctly again, however when both are visible it behaves weird
it does not work in f12 render either

I also get the issue reported in T84899 in this file..

I cannot reproduce this anymore, looks like it is fixed.
