Short description of error
When doing some asset operations (listed so), the all ui or just some areas are refreshed.

• Marking an asset
• generating the preview in the sidebar of the asset browser area

Here is a screenshot of the screencast when the issue happens.

I do not know if it is related to the asset system, but I never saw that with other tools or operators.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

• Open blender defaults
• Mark cube as Asset ( right click in outliner, IDData, mark asset ) -> Issue here
• Open asset browser tab
• Open the side panel
• Regenerate the preview -> Issue here
