Steps that crash:

Collections

• Factory startup
• Add "New Main Window"
• In the new window, create a new scene "Linked Copy"
• Right on the Collection, delete it.
• Hover the mouse over the outliner of the other window.
• Blender crashes.

Objects

• Add "New Main Window"

• Right on the Cube in the outliner, delete it.
• Hover the mouse over the outliner of the other window.
