[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

I just downloaded the latest Alpha and wanted to mess up the default cube into space junk. Working in Layout, neither the camera or default light would show in grid. I even selected the light and then the camera in the Collection and still there was nothing highlighted on the screen,

I wanted to add Material (metal) to my cube, so clicked Shading tab and there they were, both Camera and Light and I could move them around. I clicked back on Layout and still they were not showing. I then clicked the check mark on the Collection and turned it Off and ON. Now both camera and light were on the screen. Very frustrating since I had spent time looking through Preferences to see what could have been turned off. Also, all the little drop-downs in the upper right for Object Visibility, etc. There could be a lot of places to look--I just got extremely lucky!!

I cannot reproduce this with either the latest stable or current development versions of Blender:

Please try the latest daily build: https://builder.blender.org/download/

It may be that it only occurs when the Alpha is newly installed in OS X and once something triggers the camera or light to appear, it is no longer acting as hidden.
Hopefully it is an anomaly that will disappear with subsequent updates.....
I also noticed that Radeon Pro render for AMD is no longer available? I have all the Preferences switched on for it still but it is not showing in the drop down.

Hi Germano,
Thanks for looking into this. I just now downloaded the latest Alpha: -2.93.0-070010e203f6-macOS, and opened it. It seems normal with camera and light showing with the cube. It must have just been that one version that had something turned off in the code. I'll write it up if it happens on other files. I used this Alpha for an hour and didn't notice any anomalies. Still missing Radeon Pro render for AMD -- I suppose it may be dropped for redesign.

Good to know that the problem is solved in the last builds :)
This appears to be a specific hardware problem (MacOS + Radeon).
Closing the report for now.
