Short description of error
Modifiers/Constraints header buttons misalignment on different (especially smaller) Resolution Scale value
Simple as that. Tried set Resolution Scale down on a notebook, and saw the modifier name input "jump" out of the modifier box.
So checked that any value bellow 1, varnishes the "top margin" of it. The same on constraints, bones included.
Than i suppose it has something to do with the dragging feature.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Blender.
Add any modifier/constraint an object.
Go to Preferences -> Interface -> Display -> Resolution scale, and click the input's left arrow.
