Short description of error
Eevee appears glitched on glossy / refractive materials. The problem seems to be midigated with AO turned on. (I haven't made any recent changes to my computer's hardware or drivers.)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open new file in latest daily build (2.93, March 16).
  2. Add a mesh with a glossy or refractive material.
  3. Switch to eevee rendered view or lookdev mode.

Event Timeline

I uploaded a video demonstrating the issue, but it doesn't seem to have worked. Here's a google drive link instead.

This is probably very much related to T86604: EEVEE roughness 0 results in bright white material, but on Intel, this seems to be a bit different than on Nvidia.
