Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Hi, I am having constant crashing issues with blender. I have tried the past 5 blender versions and the same error occurs in each. I have also backdated my graphics driver to see if that is the issue, but have come to no conclusion. If I open blender for the first time after a restart, everything works fine, but if i close it again and reopen I occur lots of crashing. If I render the default scene (just pressing f12 when it opens) the image renders, and as soon as I click the 'X' to exit the render preview, blender crashes. If I add an 'environment image' node, blender crashed on 'open'. If I enable 'cuda' in the settings and close the preferences, blender crashes. I have not been able to find any way around this.

I have attached the .txt crash file.

Does anyone have any suggestions/advice?

I'm guessing you have a pen tablet of some kind based on that crash dump? Can you make sure the software/driver is completely up to date for it? If that still doesn't work, if you completely uninstall it, does Blender work then? There've been a couple issues here including https://developer.blender.org/T80247 and it seems to be a recurring issue in other programs as well (Oh, Windows! 😉).
