Short description of error
[
Evee engine: I am getting some unassessable issue with evee renders where some luminous glitch appears in some frames. It is not repeatable as re-rendering that frame doesn't produce the glitch. I am attaching the glitch images with a google drive link but I am sorry to not provide the file as it is a personal project. I have noticed that issue in many renders, in all cases I had Bloom turned on Which might be the root of the problem.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

The issue is not repeatable.

[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

Event Timeline

I am getting some unassessable issue with evee renders where some luminous glitch appears in some frames.

Issue is resolved recently, probably by commit rB5c4d24e1fd752a8a89d44d05e8e3f9b31f2d7db0.

Can you try again with latest 2.93.0 alpha??

Yes, please test this with the latest build from https://builder.blender.org/download/ and report back if this has been solved for you.

rB5c4d24e1fd752a8a89d44d05e8e3f9b31f2d7db0 is the commit to the source code that probably fixed the issue.
If you click on the link you will get to a page that shows the changes to the source code in that commit.

Accidentally found this,
2.93A- the RGB inputs are no accepted in Principle BSDF. don't know if its a bug or intentional-

Please only one issue per report (so if this is unrelated, please report this separately)

Hi Akash, can you test this attached file. ( just hit render after opening the file )

Mention here if you notice any white spots after rendering.

  1. The particle system with evee rendering engine: The amount of particles in render are being overridden by the Viewport Display Amount factor. If I understand correctly the mentioned factor should only affect the display in viewport not in renders.

This can be separate report I guess.

ok I will re-post and edit this.
Actually, both of them are renderer issue so I mentioned here.

no effect without lights. no glitch.

even no glitches with Sun lamp, bloom, volumetrics, transparent film

neither with hdri and previous settings. (non transparent film)

it seems the issue is in heavy projects and the missing or out of sync data blocks are causing the problem.

2.92 glitch percentage is 8.02
2.93A glitch percentage is 9.09

for nearly identical scenes

The glitch is mostly dependent on reflections on the scene, non reflective or metallic objects are not causing any problems.

Hi Akash, various fixes has been done since 2.92. Could you please check again with recent version?: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily
