Short description of error
Crash when pressing (or even hovering) the new Lock Camera to View gizmo-button after scripts have been reloaded.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

1. Start Blender, toggle the Camera view
2. Hover/press the Lock Camera to View gizmo (it works, no crash)
3. Click Reload Scripts from System menu
4. Hover/press the Lock Camera to View gizmo again
5. after some attempts - crash with EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
