Short description of error
The user preference option of which mouse button to use as the default is not carried over from my 2.92 settings.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

• Open Blender 2.92, in "User preference > Keymap > Select with Mouse Button" > Left
• Save Preference file, re-open 2.92 to double-check that is working.
• Delete ~/.config/blender/2.93
• Launch 2.93, select "Load 2.92 Settings"

Selection is still with right mouse button :/
