blender can't run in my remote PC.

Graphics card:Geforce RTX 2080

Blender Version
Broken: (2.83.14, d35974cd870b, Alpha && 2.93.0, ea11b4e10ce0, Beta)
Worked: (dont test more version in https://builder.blender.org/download/)

Short description of error
In my remote PC. run blender.exe

console shows: "AL lib: (EE) ALCmmdevPlayback_open: Device init failed: 0x80070490"

follow blender_debug_log.cmd then get"

Can you elaborate on what does remote PC mean? I have seen problems caused by having monitor plugged to output on motherboard instead of main GPU. Please update drivers for Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 and check if this will resolve the issue.
