Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add remesher modifier to an object.
Click less on voxel Size 10 times.
Blender hangs. I assume what I wrote in the title, that there is some divide by 0 operation without a guard.

My entire laptop hanged while confirming this report.

I am not sure of the module tag. Perhaps modeling?

This should be addressed by @Henrik Dick (weasel)'s commit rBe95f71bf152ad227383c3512f848cd924512a68b by using a logarithmic scale.
