Short description of error
Shift + ~ for wlak/fly mode and ~ key for pie menu are not working.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Press shift + ~ nothing happens, press ~ nothing happens. The corresponding entries in the preferences seem to be missing for some reason.
