Geometry Nodes - Weird behavior with "Attribute Proximity" node using modifiers on top of Geo Nodes

Short description of error

Attribute Proximity node doesn't seem to work correctly when working with modifier stacks on top of geo nodes. The node will stop working upon adding a new modifier however it will work correctly if there is an empty Attribute Proximity node fed with Geometry input on the side not connected to the Geo Nodes output. Proximity is being written to a vertex group called "Displace"

Can reproduce on 2.93.0 LTS . 3.0.0 seems fine.
So this issue has been resolved already.
