Short description of error
When using the Blender Light theme, the spreadsheet editor the "T Panel" is "unreadable".. It needs some inverting of colors.

Not sure if this will be considered as an issue.

You can very well change the color manually of Source list panel from Themes tab (Edit -> Preferences -> Themes -> Spreadsheet -> Themes Space list -> Source List)

Since the text is not very clearly visible and user should not do this manually, I am confirming the report but it's up to UI team to consider the report.
