we need clear instructions or an example file to reproduce the issue. This is not possible with the provided backtrace.

This file doesn't open.
I have tried on different versions of Blender.
When i try to open this file, Blender closes
please help

The file has a corrupted mesh:

ERROR (bke.mesh): Poly 3 needs missing edge (7, 0)
ERROR (bke.mesh): Poly 3 needs missing edge (0, 8)

@Magda (megi), do you have any idea what made this file corrupt?

Unfortunately unless there are clear instructions on how to reproduce it from scratch we cannot debug this any further.

Things that may cause mesh corruption: Importers, development versions of Blender, modeling tools.
