Active vertex in UV editor

Description

Currently, there is no option for Transform Pivot Point "Active Element" in the UV editor, despite the fact that there is an option in Snap to Active.

I think we need to add an "active element" (vertex),because

  1. Transform from 2d cursor is not enough, it takes a lot of time and does not provide such functionality.
  1. In game development, 90% of props, weapons and environments use overlap UV islands, whose sizes do not always exactly match. The Active Element option will simplify and speed up working with UV.
