i have check make the mmd format but it's not showing up on my export section

By "check make the mmd format", you mean you enabled the add-on in the preferences but it is not shown in the export menu? Are there any errors printed on the console? Window > Toggle System Console.

Just a poke regarding my inquiry above, otherwise, we will have to archive this for now.
