Tool 'builtin.move' not found for space 'VIEW_3D'
Confirmed, NormalPublicBUG

Description

System Information
Operating system: Wondows 10 Home
Graphics card: RTX2060

Blender Version
Broken: 2.93.3, 3.0.0 Alpha

Short description of error
If you try to use W, E, R, T hotkey while you in Weight paint mode with some Armature selected, you will have this error/warning :
Tool 'builtin.move' not found for space 'VIEW_3D'
I tested it in Industry Compatible keymap which i used in both mentioned Blender versions.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • Open attached file
  • Set the Industry Compatible keymap
  • Select Armature then Shift+select the skinned mesh
  • go to Weight paint mode.
  • Press W, E, R or T key and you will have this error:
'builtin.move' not found for space 'VIEW_3D'
or 'builtin.rotate' not found for space 'VIEW_3D'
and so on.

The error also will appear if you try to use Q hotkey which are Box Selection tool. In this case it will be - Tool 'builtin.select_box' not found for space 'VIEW_3D'

The problem its not just a warning/error themselve, but the fact what you will no longer have ability to set a hotkey for those keys trougth any addon, as example in my case - "Pie Menu Editor".
So a lot of hotkeys which can be set for certain modes will be lost and completely unavailable.
