[Bug] Emission strength ignored alpha in Cycles

System Information
Operating system: MacOs Catalina
Graphics card: Intel Iris Graphics 6100

Blender Version
3.0.0 alpha

Short description of error
Emission strength option ignored alpha channel, and creates an opaque color on top of alpha channel.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1 - Add plane mesh
2 - Add material with alpha channel (in Principled BSDF for example)
3 - Set Emission strength to 30.0 and Emission color is white.
4 - Render this with Cycles

Bug reports require an example .blend file to reproduce the problem.

The example image looks like it has image compression artifacts, which can be revealed if you boost the emission strength this much. It may be that some areas of the image have alpha that is almost but not exactly zero, which you'd only really notice with high emission strength.
