Blender 2.90.1 is no longer officially supported. You should use the latest version of Blender, either 2.93.X or 3.0 alpha as these contain the latest bug fixes, potentially including a bug fix for this.

You might also need to check your keymap to make sure this issue isn't caused by an incorrect keymap.

when i click control shift t it shows some error message and i have already enabled node wrangler

The error message is most likely that you have to click on the Principled Shader Node to select it in order to make ctrl shift T work.

No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
