when in visual studio shift+control+p then blender start then blender is not opening show
in visual code it says A simple check to test if the selected file is Blender failed. Please create a bug report when you are sure that the selected file is Blender 2.8 or newer. The report should contain the full path to the executable.

While you are free to use Visual Studio code on windows, we offer no support on it, there's just too many knobs and config files that may cause issues. You can find out supported build instructions for windows over on the developer wiki - Building Blender on Windows

Also we do not handle build/debugger issues on this tracker we only track blender bugs, so i'll have to close your ticket
