I can replicate the error on either 3.0 or master.

As I notice that my old saves model still can be input.

Does that mean that this file you attached is the one you saved and is working? If so, can you attach the bad file? If not, what changed to make the importer yield this error if you had a working file before?

Actually, this is a video Included my problem.
Actually this problem still exists in blender 3.1
I have this model converted from mineways, I also communicated this issue with the developer, here is the link
https://github.com/erich666/Mineways/issues/92

You seem to be using an unsupported OCIO configuration, can you test with the default configuration and report if that works?
Some users installed and old version of Filmic Blender that doesn't include Non-Color color space configuration, so this might be the issue.

yes,my blender colorspace is only srgb

After I delete colormanagement, blender has some more configuration. But when I close blender and open it again, those configurations are gone. And I didn't show the model when I imported the obj for the first time, it just showed how many lines, faces and points.

You probably can't see the model because it is very big and far away. Try scaling it by 0.001 and looking around the scene. Can you confirm that?

Thank you for letting me know roughly where the problem appeared, and now it has been solved, thank you very much!
