Pointiness produces random white dot artifacts

Short description of error
When using Pointiness from Geometry is shading nodes on a sculpted mesh, white dots start to appear.
They don't seem to follow any particular logic with the placements and smoothing them away with sculpt brushes also doesn't get rid of them

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Sculpt something
  2. Use a material with pointiness
  3. Witness white dots
