Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error

Invalid handle in cuModuleGetGlobal_v2(&mem, &bytes, cuModule, name). this is coming while rendering. how to solve this

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Can you upload the txt-file of your system information found through Help > Save System Info.

Also, does it happen even with the default blend file or just in a specific scene?

it is happening anywhere. And it is happening in 3.1 also.

Your driver is a bit outdated version: '4.5.0 NVIDIA 496.49' could you try with the latest 510 driver
