Short description of error
obj exporter, as all the other exporter used to have a field to save custom presets, now it doesn't have it anymore.

Now it has: rB70720c42c212: Fix T96303: C++ OBJ exporter needs presets and skip modifiers.
Please check again on latest 3.2 build: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily
