Can not reproduce on a single GTX 1070.
Please update your GPU driver and report back.

I noticed, that the artifacts do not appear if I'm only using one of the two GPU's.
The artifacts only appear if both GPUs are used.

Since you have two different GPUs that alone calls for issues.
Also, please update your drivers.
And remember to restart the PC after you did.

I have installed the latest NVIDIA studio driver, then restarted my computer.
That did not fix anything.

It also seems, that rendering with both GPU's might actually be slower, then just rendering with the RTX one? Will have to test that.

Tested it.
Rendering with both cards is faster overall.
But orbiting in render preview, with only the RTX card seems more responsive on the first few samples, with Optix denoising on...

Is this still an issue for you in Blender 3.4?
