Color management look contrasts apply the wrong gamma when the display device is set to None

Broken: 3.1 stable, 3.0 stable

Short description of error
When the display device is set to None, applying a look contrast results in what looks like a double gamma correction. This doesn't happen when the Display device is set to XYZ.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. set the display device to None
  2. set the look contrast to any other setting than None or Medium

There's not really any correct way to apply looks when disabling color management, probably the solution will just be to disable looks in this case.
