My Blender always crashes when i try to export or import a file, also saving. Sometimes when I start to move my mouse the screen starts to flicker white.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
When I start up blender an I try to import or export any file it will just close and I don't know if it is considered crashing. Also the screen will start to flicker white. This has happened on all versions of blender, even experimental.

Hi, thanks for the report.
From present information, it appears to be the same issue as reported in: T95412: Blender Crashing when interacting with the open file dialog
Can you try the solution mentioned at- T95412#1300411

In T95412#1300411, @towlie420 wrote:

I believe I've found a solution:

Uninstalled AMD Software Suite

Uninstalled Graphics Driver Via Device Manager

Windows Initially replaced graphics driver in device manager with Generic Windows Driver but AMD 6900 XT was automatically reinstalled.
Driver Version in Device Manager shows 30.0.13023.1012 10/18/2021

Now Cura and Blender no longer exhibit issues mentioned before

Now I Reinstalled radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-22.1.2-win10-win11-64bit-jan25
Recommended reinstall of Version 22.1.2. (Shows 30.0.14023.3004 1/18/2022 in device manager)
Checked Factory Reset as well

All problems have gone away now.

No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.

Thanks again for the report. If the problem persists please open a new report with the required information.
