Blender is very unstable for me

System Information
Operating system: Windows 11 Pro
Graphics card: AMD RX590

Blender Version: 3.1.0

Blender is suddenly very unstable for me right now, sometimes the UI is glitching making parts invisble and the viewport goes white.
Also, it crashes a lot and I don't know why.
When I try to add a add-on Blender crashes.

Hi, are you able to run Blender from blender_debug_gpu_glitchworkaround.cmd? (located in same directory where your blender.exe is)
Check if solution presented in T95412#1300411 works for you.
Also upload system info file as Richard requested
