Short description of error
To reproduce:

  • Duplicate the default cube twice.
  • Add subdivision surface modifier for the active cube.
  • Apply modifier to the active cube + make mesh single-user in the pop-up.

All three cubes have unique meshes.

It is very strange, because it work well in my more complex files, but indeed it fails with the simple example described in this task
