Blender 3.2 Beta Area & Spot Light gizmos not working as expected

Broken: version: 3.2.0 Beta, branch: master, commit date: 2022-05-02 20:13, hash: rB62ef1c08af9a
Worked: I think 3.2 Alpha, and even 3.2 Beta week ago was OK.
Short description of error
When interacting with Area and Spot light, gizmos don't work. Arrows of transform gizmo seem to be inactive. Only after using "G" keyshortcut and moving the light around, gizmos activate, and yuo are able to operat normally.
Before that with Area Light, translate gizmo resizes the shape of the area light.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add area light nad try tu use gizmo (any) to interact with it.
Actually only Point and Sun Lights react instantly. But when user changes the type of the light from these to to Area or Spot, gizmos become inactive.

Based on the default startup, empty, new blend file.

Thanks for the report. I'm not able to repro this.
Probably the same issue as in T97771: Regression: light gizmos not working (Windows + NVidia)
@Robert Guetzkow (rjg) , can you check?

Yes, I guess this is the same issue. With spot light Angle gizmo wroks on changing the size of the spot shape, but rotating/targetting does not work. With area ligth it's totally inactive.
