Short description of error
Movie clip and image used for plane track are following different color management rules in the clip editor.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Coming from the initial implementation of the feature in D57.
The movie clip itself is always following "View as Render" as it is intended to go via compositing pipeline, which will have the view transform applied. However, the images used for the plane track will follow the image datablock setting.
To reproduce the issue download both image and .blend file, open the .blend file and observe the color difference in the clip editor.
Changing color management view from Filmic to Default makes the colors be the same in the clip editor.
Enabling "View as Render" in the image settings also makes colors to match (a pan in the clip editor might be needed, as there is a missing refresh somewhere).
The proper behavior seems to be to always consider images as "View as Render" in the clip editor.
