Thanks for the report. I'm not able to repro it from scratch.
Could you upload simple version of .blend file you're using? (so that we both will have same reference file)

1.add a cube and select an edge in edit mode
2.hit ctrl B or use the modifier
3.mark seams and sharp or one of them, whether in the shading tab in modifier prop. or properties panel when hitting Ctrl B

This report is a bit confusing.

What do you intend to use Mark Sean for? Mark Sean is used for UVs only, and UVs are only edited over the original mesh.

Also Mark Sharp is used for split normals and the Edge Split modifier.

They have nothing to do with Bevel or the Bevel modifier. Are you not confusing it with Bevel Weight?

Where are the marked seams it should be something like this as i understand, it should show the seam color or sharp color on edges, even in UVs there aren't any marked edges or anything

I'm using it for selections, after baveling segments, i wanna maintain the selection of the baveled faces or assign material to them

oh i get it, it's not clear that i have to mark the edges first before bavel, My bad

you can close this task

it would be a good feature though :D to mark the baveled edges as seams or sharp after baveling just saying

it should be called respect seams/sharp not "mark"

Oh, I actually forgot about the Mark Sean/Sharp options from the Bevel operator. My bad.
But yes, these options only affect existing Seam/Sharp edges. (https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/3.3/modeling/modifiers/generate/bevel.html#shading)
I tested it here and it is working as expected.
